Please note where heavy items have to be moved or removed, e.g. gates, a return trip may have to be arranged and charged for accordingly.

Please contact us for labour rates. Please note labour rate also applies to the travelling time to and from site. Invoices will be issued to the customer address unless clearly shown otherwise, if your company works on an order number basis the order number must be shown or follow before we raise the invoice, re-issuing invoices due to lack of information from your callout will incur an administration surcharge of £20 + VAT per time.
Parts are at RRP. Please note that once the call out request has been accepted and engineer time has been allocated if the call out is subsequently cancelled by you an administration charge will be due. If the cancellation is received prior to 48 hours before the appointment the charge will be 50% of the prevailing minimum call out fee, if the cancellation is received within 48 hours the charge will be 75% of the prevailing minimum call out fee

I accept AAC's general terms and request site attendance to carry out the work as detailed above to rectify the fault, other work and materials may be required. I will settle your invoice within 7 days of submission. I am aware of the need to provide full invoicing information with order numbers and accept the possible surcharges where these are not provided.
