Callout Request Details

The callout request form requires completion before we can allocate engineer time. This form is designed to have the appropriate engineers and equipment brought to site.

This in no way effects any WARRANTY AGREEMENTS [usually 12 months from handover] or SERVICE AGREEMENTS * you might have with ourselves.

Please answer the following simple questions to assist us in clearing your fault quickly. This will greatly assist us in allocating correct parts and labour for your site.

Please contact us for labour rates. Please note labour rate also applies to the travelling time to and from site. Invoices will be issued to the customer address unless clearly shown otherwise, if your company works on an order number basis the order number must be shown or follow before we raise the invoice, re-issuing invoices due to lack of information from your callout will incur an administration surcharge of £20 + VAT per time.

In the situation where we do not know the site it is important to let us know the date of installation and the time since the last service to allow a prediction of parts required.

When the form is submitted by e-mail an engineer will be allocated and you will be informed of the time and date for attendance. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

*Service or maintenance agreements are available for sites. They require a formal offer to be forwarded to you. Please tick the box on the next page if you would like the attending engineer to assess the service needs of your system. A formal offer would then be returned to you.
